"Two Macy's visits this week and still haven't spoken to anyone that works there. What happened to customer service at Macy's? They are all just cashiers now. I have no idea if they still keep more shoes in the back or if what is on display is it. For a rainy Monday at 3pm you would expect it to at least look better as there wasn't much else to do besides clean and straighten merch but unfortunately no."

"Visited this place on Sat 06May2023 along with family at evening time to buy ladies Sandals, Few T shirts. The store not reached the expectations as they don’t have much more variety of products. The store it self not much big. I am not able to find perfect quality Cotton T shirts. Men’s Watch section also small. We spent 2-3 hours here and we hear that There was shooting happened at Allen shopping malls, we about to go there but luckily stopped here."
