"Very busy during Christmas holiday but got help quickly to find what I wanted Good experience"

"I’ve come here a few times after they opened. Manager is extremely friendly, and so are most of the workers. However, I did have a very nasty and unnecessary remark/comment made by the only hispanic employee there. I was in need of assistant and no one came to help me, I went to the front desk where there were two employees “chilling” and I politely asked if the buttons worked in the fitting room. She rudely responded “yeah they work” and I responded “oh, I’ve had mine on red for a while and no one came to help, and it turned back to green, that’s why I was asking” one of the employees immediately apologized while the hispanic employee made a very nasty remark at me saying “ well I didn’t hear it so..” as she rolled her eyes and turns her back toward me. I was disgusted by her attitude and lack of professionalism. I understand we are humans and not robots, but there’s no reason to be nasty. On top of that, everyone is dressed presentable from the manager to the employees with the exception of that hispanic employee. I do hope the manager speaks with her about professionalism at the work place. Maybe she forgot that she was working, and not chilling at a park. Other than that, manager and the rest of the employees are doing great!"

"My Husband bought me 2 sets of Jammies for Christmas. The clerk forgot to take the security locks off. He was in "another city"! We haven't had a change to go back. I work in Dallas so on my way to visit my Mother in Assisted living the Irving Mall was on my route . The clerk was so apologetic and kind. Shout out to her customer service skills. It hard to find these days. I don't usually shop in that are but I will now. Easy access off Hwy 183. Plenty of parking. Close to main entrance AND Great Customer service! It's worth the drive for the WIN WIN SERVICE!"

"I drive all the way out here because they are supposed to be open at 11 AM. It is 11:22 AM and all the entryway gates are down. They are NOT OPEN."
