"The lady store manager is racist and mean, I recently been to store and she was trying hard to make our shopping difficult.Although Other store workers were helpful."
"This is a horrible store.....they would not give me a manager number after the horrible service and I was told I couldn't walk in the store with one shoe on....and the black guy there said it was policy...and he could not show me where that policy is....I was deeply offended and would not recommend this place EVER!!!!"
"I ordered a handbag online and it's comes with defect. I came to ths store at 10 and and waiting for 20 min And the employee was inside and didn't open the store And I knocked and he told like the system is shutdown and he cannot exchange the handbag and I told him to leave a note on a door just people should now and he just ignore it. Very bad customer if I can give it 0 stars I would. You have to hire professional people who can work with people not the kids who even don't know what means sales skills and stuff like this"
"poor quality, I only wore them for three hours, and realized that they were not suitable for use. the manager said it's normal for their brand, but I paid $100 for them and I don't think it's normal"
"Wouldn’t even give it a star if it was an option. This store suck so bad the people that work and called themselves manager were kids. I went to the store to get my shoes exchange because the shoes was defective and the girl told me I cant do it because it wasn’t in a reselling condition. I told her why would you want to sell the shoes if this shoes is defective you need to send it basically to where it was manufactured. I asked her if I could talk to the manager and she said they were all manager and there was 4 of them and couldn’t even help the situation. I guess this store resell shoes that’s defective hoping their customer wouldn’t notice and once they do they won’t accept it anymore. Worst experience ever!!! People just hired whoever nowadays."
