"I'm an avid cyclist and bought a pre-owned StreetStrider to get a better workout. Had one issue with the spokes on the rear wheel breaking every few months. I took the wheel to another bicycle shop 3 times in the last year and they would replace the spoke and true the wheel. When I took this wheel to Sunrise, I spoke with Russ and he inspected the wheel and found several spokes were bent along with the 3 that were broken. He suggested that we replace all the spokes and that's what we did. I expect this will eliminate the constant broken spoke problem. The service was fast. I expected to get the wheel back in 3 days, but he had it ready the next day. I plan on visiting Sunrise again."
"Rick and Evan are awesome. I ordered 2 Specialized ebikes last year. Rick and Evan answered tone of questions and we're really accommodating with the test rides and pick up of the bikes. NRH is a little out of the way for me, but I'll definitely be coming here for my big bike purchases in the future. Thanks again Rick and Evan!"
"Russ is the man!!! He literally built a bike for me from the ground up when I needed help for a race in FlatRock Texas back in 2015. I have absolutely punished this bike multiple times going downhill in (Keystone) Colorado copper Mountain, Colorado, Arkansas, and other states! I still have this bike today and it runs flawlessly.!!! Russ I'll be coming in soon for a new Rig. Time to pass this one down to my son. Chad A."
