"I have the 12 can softpak cooler and love it. It is a tank that has been put through its paces and is still going strong. Based on my appreciation of that cooler and the added benefit of being Made in USA I bought the "Lunch Bag" Cooler. Sadly, it sweat pretty heavily after just a few hours and was not the quality waterproof seal that is evident in the 12 can cooler. This is fine, these things happen, sometimes a product is not what you expect. My gripe is that I wrote a review on their 1st party website indicating this with a photo (included) and while they did reach out and the product was returned without issue, my review was never posted. This makes me question all of their reviews. Looking at their site now, I see no 1 or 2 star reviews on anything. This is odd, really no one has any issues with any products? In summary, love the 12 can, hated the lunch bag, and I question if critical reviews are removed."

"If you're searching for a high-quality, rugged soft cooler, look no further. I got the Bison 24 Can XD Series Softpak and have been blown-away by the performance. This past weekend, I packed it on Friday night with a total of 24 adult and kid drinks and two bags of ice; everything fit perfectly. Saturday, it went back-and-forth from the car to outside in record-breaking Texas heat. Left it on the kitchen counter overnight, and it still had ice on Sunday morning. Telling you, this cooler is where it's at--highly recommend."
