"Fixed Fitness did an exemplary job fixing our Precor Elliptical Runner - and did it remotely! Our situation was particularly difficult as the resulting problem was due to mice chewing the electrical cables! Their representative, Mike Scott was incredibly patient as he observed via video connection and guided us through various twists and turns to the final repair. He was very knowledgeable, and extremely patient as he guided two old folks through a difficult repair. He was very responsive on the Fixed Fitness app and on time with his appointments, letting us know if he needed to be a few minutes later than scheduled. We are very pleased with Mike and with Fixed Fitness. My only caution is that sometimes their emails go to the spam folder, so watch for that!"
