Pro Image Sports- Central DFW

"This is the only sports store in DFW that I can say have gear for every major sports team. I found some rare items and even for my small market team that’s a 1000 miles away. I’ll definitely be back."

"theres a fatter white guy who works here (he might be the owner or the manager of the the store based on his age) that was literally harassing me and my manager because the Cinemark I work at in the mall doesnt offer combos (to which my manager had to say multiple times "unfortunately the ability to offer combos is not something I can control, that is a corporate level decision not a theater level decision"). The reason I know he works here is because he was wearing a shirt with the Pro Image Sports logo. He was so incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and my manager, and the way he was throwing a tantrum over something that isnt in our control is a terrible way to represent your brand! This happened on 1/28/23 If you decide to visit this store (and based on the behavior of this guy, I hope you dont) make sure to ask if they have combos. If they say no, show them this review."

"I had been looking for something from NBA Milwaukee Bucks since 2020. This store had hats, pendants, tee shirts and other products for most of the NBA and the staff was very helpful and considerate. They will order what you want if they are out of stick! I will be going back!"

"I've been to the pro image in Killeen Mall numerous times and those folks there were very nice and let me look for what I want and left me alone. Then, I come to the Lewisville location, the owner and his employees are staring me down thinking I was going to steal something because I'm a woman of color. I'm definitely NOT cool with that!!! I'm a medically retired military veteran suffering from PTSD and anxiety and I get treated like a someone who is going to steal!!! If you want a customer to come and shop at your store tell them welcome and let the customer look for what they're looking for and go ahead on with your business From now on, my business and my money will be spent either online or at the Pro Image Sports store at the Killeen Mall!!!"

"BEWARE! Do not purchase from this store. Store refused to exchange a defective product. If you bought an item here you will be stuck with it. Better spend your money elsewhere. I came into the store and even spoke with the owner David to no avail. Terrible customer service and exchange policy!"
