"Customer service in this store is non existent.The young lady was helpful but the older gentleman at the counter didn’t even say hello, tell me my total or say your welcome when I said “thank you” . Won’t be back. Best thing was the shoe was on sale!"

"Eric went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. My husband bought me some shoes yesterday and they didn’t fit so I went to exchange them. I was trying to speak with the person that helped him yesterday because I know he was looking at shoes and there was no size 11. Eric was not the person that helped him, but went back and checked the camera to see what shoes he picked up and we found him the perfect shoes And reserved and paid for them and I went and picked them up from the grapevine location"

"They didn’t have the shoe I wanted, but the young man with the dreads was more than helpful with making sure I was good! It always help to have a sneakerhead employee because I was willing to buy more shoes, but I wasn’t sure of the longevity. Go to this store! Both of the young men working here are kind and helpful!"
