"The store itself is in a nice located area. HOWEVER... if I was able to give them a "zero" for customer service/satisfaction, I would have! When it was my turn to check out, the Sales Supervisor (Denise), was not only rude to the Sales Rep (Syd), but to me! Her attitude was not only extremely inappropriate , but the way she mocked me was out of hand (including her hand motion). Not to mention her complaining "can this day get any worse?" wasn't necessary. I was so close to dropping everything and walking away, but I needed the items for Christmas. And for the so called Sales Supervisor, if she is having a bad day, have her take a break. She will not only clash with customers, but at the end of the day, remember she is also representing your store!"

"2 stars off for not giving me a bag because the company decided to go “bagless” (despite using plastic bags for trash and for some shoes I saw) even though I bought suede boots and it’s raining outside!"

"The rudest employees ever. They follow you around making your shopping experience awkward and they don’t actually help you. Then when it was time for me to check out, one of the girls that was initially following me walked AWAY from the register so I had to wait in line behind someone. Not too bad except she came back for someone that was in behind me. Check your employees behavior because really? In the age of Covid y’all need to be happy y’all have customers."

"This store is located in the vista ridge shopping center off Round Grove Road in Lewisville. The location is ideal and serves a lot of the nearby housing developments as well as many other shoppers from nearby neighborhoods and cities. There is a wide selection of mostly recognizable brands for men, women as well as kids. They also have a clearance section with lots of great choices, especially for women. The men’s clearance section has thinned out over the last few months but I used to find some good deals over there. The staff is very professional and helpful. They will discretely offer you assistance without you feeling like they’re up your nose like you feel in many shoe stores. That’s something I really like about this store. While you shop, signup for their rewards program at checkout. It proves worthy when you start receiving several coupons in the mail as well as cash rewards."
