"I have been with Lisa since about 1995. I have not had but 2 clams during that time. Once for theft and once due to hail. I have a 10 year old car. Not any tickets or wrecks and they have raised my rate to $2100 a year. When I have called their attitude has been to bad so sad. I am not exaggerating.. the worst customer service ever. No help during the claim process."
