"I went to one location for insurance that was 30 miles from my home since I didn't have the paper work I needed I was told to go to the location where I lived I told the employee that that office was unexceptionable to go to the informed me that I was talking to the manager of that location I explained that I needed insurance and they told me just to go to the location in my area when I went to my area's location there was only one employee that acted like they didn't want to help me and then said the computers were down and that it would be hours before they could work on anything I then went to another location that new about the problem in my area"
