"I was at this place last night was greeted when I came in, was bebopping along just doing some retail therapy and overhear this customer at the self check out trying to figure it out. Couldn’t be more simplified. The employee was trying her best to show him, actually doing it for him and he continues to huff and puff, called her a “dumb a**” and rushes out. Folks cry all day long about how horrible customer service is but customers like this make those horrible employees. kudos to that young lady who kept it together and was still professional."
"This place doesn't care for their patients nor their customers. They already have ridiculous hours they close on top of not wanting to hold up for a few minutes when a customer has a real emergency and was trying to be there as fast as possible. Just utterly frustrated. Will be transferring the remainder out and taking it to another local retailer. Very very disappointed and now have to waste gas on another trip to waxahachie....."
"I have been filling my medicine here and I feel they have great staff, especially, Christine. My doctor constantly forgets to put things on the scripts she calls in and CVS fixes it quick and no delay in receiving my prescription. I also receive text alerts about when I have medicine ready. I have not had any trouble with CVS, they go out of their way to make sure I get my scripts on time. Most people I noticed who leave a review are so quick to blame the pharmacy when there is trouble with their scripts. But most of the time the problem is really with the doctor and CVS is the one fixing the doctor's mistake, while being hassled by the customer like it was their fault. Overall, this is a great pharmacy and it will continue to be the place I get my medicine."
"Annoyed the pharmacy closes so early. People that work during the day to evening cannot get their scripts due to very limited hours on weekends. Open until 10 pm on weekdays, but close so early on the weekends? 02/20/23 entry. Script refill submitted before store opened and it has almost been 12 hours and still says processing? Does it seriously take over 12 hrs to fill when I go up there and ask for it it's done 15 mins tops. So I do not see the logic here. I work in the medical profession and I see how it can drag out a little, but 1 simple script I get every month should not take 12 hours. I feel like this store has been going downhill. Day shift workers aside from a few are rude and ugly to people. I know most are burnt out from the volume of customers they have to entertain, but no matter. My profession cares for 5X the amount we should be but we find it to be at least courteous to our clients. No matter how rude, violent, or verbally abusive they get. The way I have seen them talk to customers would be grounds for termination in my facility. Overall, maybe their staff needs breaks and needs to feel better appreciated. Many don't even smile when I give a compliment while picking up my medications. I'm upping THEIR star level due to this fact and observation, but it has a long way to go. CVS corporate and all inside it's facilities need to do better and treat customers better. Thanks for your time reading this. New entry and drop 1 star. I have been getting my Clonazepam for years at this location. Today I was told after asking for a partial due to me being out, that I would have to have a whole new script written for the rest. I have had partials done on many controlled meds and they always complete what is owed to me from the quantity they give for the partial. I will be calling my mD tomorrow and finding out what the issue is, but state law requires they have 72 hours from date of partial to complete the script. So, either way they will be giving me what they owe me foer the remainder of the script. If not I will take my script to a more credible pharmacy and file suite against CVS for fraudulent information and refusing to fill an order promised today. They didn't contact me and inform me they did not have the amount to cover the order and waited until it was too late for me to call other get them filled. This medication is a lifeline for me. It helps organize my thoughts, my sleep etc. It is highly irresponsible of thiS company and it workers to act as if this is of no concern to ensure their patients/customer are taken care of and that they will be held responsible if anything comes from said person's neglect and mistreatment!."
"It’s really frustrating when we drive into town to pick up our prescriptions and they leave some out. Seriously!!!!???? They send several text messages asking you to come get your prescriptions then they don’t give you everything. I called to ask them to please double check to make sure they have given you everything and they hang up on me. Thanks for nothing Beverly. Your customer service skills need to be improved. These people need to get their act together or they need to be fired."
