The manager got on the phone a yelled at us for requesting they stay late???? Hmmmm??? Late? We would have been 5 minutes early? And the shut down 15 minutes before their posted closing time. "All of the other pharmacist are extremely helpful. but Camille McCoy is very rude, very ugly, nasty attitude and definitely doesn't know how to handle situations with the patients. She is not a good look on Baylor Pharmacy and really need a reality check. Dr. Mathew wrote a prescription for XELRATO she stated he put refill on the starter pack. Instead of listening a new prescription should have been called in by my primary Physician but her smart mouth doesn't listen and I definitely will be putting in a formal complaint with the Texas Board She doesn't need to be working with anyone but need a course on how to handle patients."
