"I took my bike and stood at the front desk for 5 minutes and got no service. There were 4 people in the work area, and they just looked at me and continued with their conversations. I wanted to interject, but then I asked myself if thats how much attention they pay to a customer standing in front of them with his bike, what kind of attention will they give my bike. I turned around and left, nobody said a word to me. I hope this helps others along with the business."
"As much as I hate doing this, I feel it’s something that needs to be addressed as according to the reviews I’m not the only one who’s had this problem. I took my bike for a “tune-up”. Which it’s supposed to include: -break & gear adjustment -trueing the wheels (if needed) -washing -chain lube The receipt even says: “EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE.”. I took the bike for a ride that night and nothing was working fine. The gears kept skipping and chain didn’t seems lubed. The bike was shining clean tho. I feel like I just paid for a very expensive bike wash. Took it back the following day and explained them what I just mentioned. Their service/repair/mechanic guy took a look at it and said it was a bad chain. He replaced the chain on the spot and problem persisted. Than he said it was the cassette. It sounded to me like this guy is just a parts replacer and just calls shots in the air. Again, I’m not trying to hurt nobody but this needs to be addressed. I read the bad reviews before I went and I still took a gamble. That’s my fault but hey, people deserve a chance, right? Seems to me like this guy has one too many. Im definitely never going back."
