"I ordered my plates in July and was told they would be here by the start of September. Every time I call, they txt back saying to text or to email. They refuse to answer a call. In August, they told me my plates had just arrived and were being unloaded. I never got a pickup email or a call. So I emailed again mid September and was told that my plates had not arrived!! That they would get here in December! They had already told me they were here in August! Now they tell me that they didn’t arrive and to wait until December. So unprofessional."

"They are great, super busy all time, but at the end of the day they delivered what they promised. Mr David was very helpful and always trying to get the equipment requested.The power cage he sold me it is a state of the art, at a very reasonable price. I believe the bad review from Rene was just a simple miscommunication."

"Bad experience with this gym outfitter. I ordered weight plates May 1st and was told I would receive them June 1st. I went by and apparently they shorted my order so now I would have to wait another 4 weeks. I asked for my money back and David tried to sell me used weight plates ( same amount of weight ), but I would have to pay more money. Finally we settled for what I had already paid for the new order for the used plates they had there. Thanks to Rouge an honest company, and honor our service men, and women, as first responders. Now I’ll be back on track. I’ve always tried to give my business to local businesses around the area, and can’t seem to find too many honest people who own their own business, and this is one of them. It’s best to order from Companies on line who are known for their honest business rather than local dishonest business owners. I don’t recommend them to anyone, and never will I ever go back to them for any business. Thank you for your dishonest 360 Sports."
