"I ordered food online and usually I have items missing but not from this BWW. In fact these wings have been one of the best wings I’ve tasted. I’m not sure if the boneless wings have changed, but those were big and juicy too. I also went to dine in this location. It was clean and full of people. Service was good too."

"I've been a regular customer, but today's experience was disappointing. Despite being seated, we weren't attended to, even after informing them that we've been waiting for 25 minutes. (Restaurant wasnt crowded either). Unfortunately, we had to leave. It's a letdown considering the positive experiences in the past. Felt disrespected. Never going back."

"Friendly atmosphere…stopped in to watch the game on our way home and ordered and appetizer got that was hot and fresh… now waited another 45 minutes to get food because they were putting the wrong table numbers on the food and when we received our lunch everything was cold and you could tell it wasn’t made when it was hot.. fries chips chicken wrap and tacos were all cold before they reached the table.. will definitely make another choice next time… owner commented under my review and I did what they asked and still have yet to hear back from them have waited almost 2 weeks and still waiting"

"Alright, I’ll start with the waiter bringing our drinks and taking our order. He was very friendly and paid attention well. Only had to wait for refills a couple times but he was the reason the service would go up to 3 stars. Now the other person delivering our food. She was not very attentive or friendly. She brought an dirty dubs tots to our table but didn’t get a fork or any other thing to eat it with and it would have been good if maybe she thought to get us some extra plates so everyone at the table could share without bumping into each other with the forks we got from the bartender. Now the appetizers did taste good. We had the cheese curds that were good, dirty dubs tots were great, and the pretzel bites which were good. The honey mustard sauce with the pretzels was great by the way. This is where the downfall begins. We waited and waited for the wings during a night where nobody was there really so that’s not understandable. When we got our wings I was let down big time. The traditional wings were extremely dry and overcooked. The boneless wings were cooked fine for another person at our table. The burgers that 2 people ordered were underwhelming at best from their point of view. The fries were good but luke warm like they were sitting for a while. The blue cheese sauce was great for the chicken but didn’t save the flavors that we ordered but something tells me I would have liked the sauces better if the wings weren’t so dry. In the end alot of performance issues combined with not so good experience is why this is 2 stars."

"Haven't been here in a while. But always liked their wings. They now have happy hour specials a new menu and service was outstanding from the hostess to the waitress we will definitely be back. Covid update: like every other restaurant they've had to adapt they did this by having paper menus spacing out all the tables. Still have good wing and drink specials. Enjoy trying the new flavors especially the lemon pepper sauce."
