Sunglass Hut

"USE THE 2nd FLOOR STORE. Stay away from Cielo Vista’s Sunglasses Hut kiosk location on the first floor. I went by 3x over the last 2 weeks and although no other customers were present, and x2 sales staff were, I was not acknowledged for 5min or more while they talked, and I on one occasion had to ask for help (mind you-no other customers were there-either time). No smiles, no suggestions or questions of what I was looking for. The sales staff at the kiosk do not care about helping you or selling any sunglasses. Even when you’re looking at $400-$500 sunglasses. I highly recommend you go upstairs to the store at the top of the escalator. Unfortunately, my first attempt I only went to kiosk and left frustrated and turned off by their attitudes. I had not planned on going back there. A few days later I learned about the storefront upstairs and thought maybe they would be different. The sales staff were very nice, helpful, and go out of their way to assist you. Ultimately I purchased 4 pairs of sunglasses 2 on 2 different visits, and a replacement set of Ray Ban lens."

"Horrible customer service. Do NOT buy from them. Sold me a pair of RayBan’s for $250, never even wore them and the extremely discourteous Manger said she wouldn’t take them back or exchange them because they “were scratched”. Phantom scratch so they don’t have to lose a commission apparently. Buy elsewhere, no excuse for poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. Edit: I’m glad I never went back, I found the location in Midland, TX to be so much better, kind staff and reasonable managers."
