"Went in to buy a couple of things. I have a 2 year old and a new born. My 2 year old as any other 2 year old was curious and amused by all the things they had. He kept grabbing the little plastic bats they have. I kept being on top of it. And telling him no. And putting the things back. Well you all may know employees follow you around the whole store. Which is very uncomfortable. Doesn't let you shop around comfortably. Well my sister was there too. We were getting ready to pay. Store is crowded and there was a lot of people this day. My nephew 9 years old was talking to his dad by the cou ter he took 2 steps back and this dumb employee (girl) comes saying excuse me very rude and loud. My nephew turned to look at her and she once again pretty much yelled in his face excuse me. I went and told my sister to stay with him since they were being rude.. and like I said they follow you around she stayed near by watching us. When she hears me mentioning it to my sister she rushed to us and said I been watching your kids on the cameras and they been all over... so I said yes with us and we been on top of if it telling them no. We asked to speak with a manager... when we were talking to him he was not trying to make the situation better all he said was oh sorry it was brought up to your attention. I'll speak to my employee well he never asked who the employee was.. when my brother in law asked him who are you gonna talk too you haven't even asked us who it was. And he said oh yes the girl next to me... yeah no!! Well we decided not to buy anything there. We went and gave everything we had in our hands to the dumb employee and she was still very rude. This store sucks at customer service employees and managers. The merch is old they never have jerseys of new players. Even one of the employees helping us said we only have out dated players... we will never buy at this store again"

"Hands down the coolest sports store in EP. Excellent selection of unique items, gifts, apparel, and hats. Did I mention hats! I’m somewhat of a 59/50 collector and Sport Xplosion always delivers for my addiction. Have bought 5+ here… They always stock unique fitted hats that you can’t find anywhere else but online. Prices are right on par with other stores and online as well. Cool place to stop off and spend some time (and money). Will continue shopping here for a long time. Cheers! JBG"
