"Awful customer service: I purchased a Texas Rangers pennant that I wished to return & they refused to give me my money back for it. The pennant costed me $36 and I had the receipt with it, but Jackie (the sales associate who sold it to me in the first place) refused to honor the return. She claimed that there’s no way the pennant was $36 when she is the one that rang it up. She then went to get Anthony (the store manager) who also refused to honor the return. They then wanted to prove that Jackie was the one who sold it to me, when 1. I clearly remember it was her & 2. Her name was on the receipt. Her aggression and Anthony’s disregard for anything I said proved to me that this was not a store I’d ever take my business to again. All in all, my return (with receipt) never got taken care of."

"Great customer service. I was trying to be quick (since I snuck away from my husband to get his birthday gift) and they answered all of my questions and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I was out in 10 min and the price was decent for a good quality jersey. Thanks guys!"

"Awesome store, went to Cielo Vista Mall this am looking for a Dodgers 59/50, after looking at other stores remembered this store was on the second floor and decided to check it out. Glad I did! Young man was very attentive and showed me literally 10 different Dodgers 59/50 styles. Selection is excellent, prices are right on par with competitors and customer service is on point.
