"I picked up 10 pizzas for these people and they gave me the wrong locations where is it was supposed to be I waited 20 minutes for their Pizza at Little Caesars just for them to finish it took me about 40 to 50 minutes for this whole process oh and it was on the 3rd floor and then give me a $5 tip I think that's the most disrespectful thing I don't know what's wrong with people nowadays I would never treat no one like that even though apology would have been appreciated"
"The lady that came by to sell me my insurance policy set up a date for the automatic payment. Said she would be back for me to fill out the necessary paperwork and contract. This was early December. She never came back never had no info did not even know the name of the insurance company that would be carrying my policy. Absolutely no interaction with the sales lady that sold me the policy. So I went ahead and went with a different company."
"Bankers Life rejected my application for insurance because my "application did not meet our (their) medical underwriting guidelines". It seems that I have a right "..to obtain the specific the specific reasons for our decision by submitting a written request to us (them)." It's a shame that they didn't have the professionalism to share their misgivings about me with me unbidden. My Wife became involved with Bankers Life and she felt that I should apply as well. As soon as I made their acquaintance it was obvious that they had no interest in doing business with me at all (but were reticent to reject me outright for fear of alienating my Wife). I was obliged to endure their charade of interviews (designed and executed to enable them to reject me, IMO) to keep my Wife happy. Nothing personal, Thank You. Be aware that if you are a Man of a certain age you are apt to be rejected for no reason at all (at least a reason that they are willing to reveal unbidden). A bad experience from the beginning."
"Atmosphere is very inviting, you can tell everyone is happy to be there. Great people that can handle retirement options from Medicare to long term care and life insurance. Great place, they will keep my business."
"If I could give a lower review I would. This company does not have your best interest in mind at all. They pretty much dissapear once they get your routing information. My parents both have policies but for whatever reason they keep getting drafted for 3 policies instead of 2. They always give excuses as to why this can't get resolved, and when you ask about a refund that's pretty much a joke. The employees are untrustworthy and careless. Calling the 1800 is actually worse. They do not help you either and respond with major attitude only to keep transferring you back to the sales department. I should have read the reviews before getting swindled by this mediocre company with under trained and umotivated, inadequately complacent, underperforming, staff that neglects you. They are completely oblivious to how serious this situation is and I'm just astounded that there is little to no managerial supervision or even standards in place to help customers"
