"Driver showed up to the wrong airport. I called dispatch and was sent to a voicemail. Left message for someone to call me or I would have to take a taxi to my meeting. After I waited and didn’t receive a call back, I cancelled the reservation and took a taxi from O’Hare airport. Received the cancellation confirmation in the taxi. A short time later I received a charge from Carey for $170 (the taxi cost $50 including the tip). Called Carey to dispute the charge. Customer Service rep took the details and agreed that I deserved a refund. No one has since called or refunded my charge. Had to put a dispute in with credit card. Still waiting."
