"My husband and I have been using Tom for close to 20 years. We could not have asked for a better travel agent.He just doesn't book you on cruises, he provides the whole service. First of all, he is candid and honest.Because he knows we are " moderately pretentious" as our daughter calls us, he knows the level of service and amenities we desire. He reminds me of the personal secretary of the queen in the current The Crown series. If he says " but," you should inquire with him further. He has contacts with the top management of all cruise lines so he fights for you to get the best cabin or suite, get additional amenities, and arrange for special occasion dinners, like the one he has arranged for our 49th wedding anniversary on the Azamara Journey this summer. He also plans to do the same for our 50th next summer on a Silversea ship in the middle of the Canadian Artic. We have Hilton honor points and book ourselves in cities we visit ,and he understands that.But if not in a good location, Tom gives us top notch hotel recommendations and will book us as well.He also recommends good tour companies and book us, and will tell you when they charge outrageous prices. But more importantly of all, he is patient with me. I have turned 70 years old and my memory and cognitive skills are not as they use to be. I send him numerous emails which he responds too almost inmediately. I ask him to book us on a tour or make changes to a tour and on the next email I ask him to change it back. And he does so with his permanent equanimity. Thank you Tom for all you do for us.Love you."
