"I like heb and heb brand products. But I have recently purchased two lines of shampoo and conditioner- Native and B fresh, supposedly both plant based. These are the most terrible shampoos and conditioners I’ve ever tried in 40 some years of my life. They leave my hair heavy, tangled and dry. These did not increase my hair volume, I could not even get my finger through my hair after using these products. Heb should have done more work in selecting brands to sell in their stores. These are costly, each bottle over $10. Buyers be ware, I’m going to take them back to Heb for a refund tomorrow. Worst hair products and most false advertisement, bottle states one thing and product not remotely delivers."

"I went to the HEB on Westheimer today and was very pleased with the Healthy Living customer service representative, Sara. She was indeed a pleasure to consult with. She deserves to be manager of she isn't already. She was able to show me her line of spices and other healthy treats. She took the time to not tell me where to go but she took me to the section and provided me with detailed information. I will definitely go back just to see her merchandise and experience her phenomenal customer service!"

"H-E-B has become my go-to grocery store since moving to Texas. Fresh produce, diverse frozen/dessert options, and amazing sushi make it stand out. Their own brand foods are a hit, and extra saving deals/coupons are a bonus. Used to go in this location for rental money order. The staff at the money order section always helped us with a smiling face which had enhanced our overall shopping experience. Highly recommend!"
