"Came here to pick up a door dash order. There is a after hours pick up window. I knocked on the windows a few mins before a manager motioned to go to the drive thru. He was visibly agitated. What is the purpose of an after hours window if it is not being used? Once I got to the speaker box he was short and rude. The lack of customer service is appalling. Apparently this is the norm for this location according to the reviews. Whomever owns this McDonald's is NOT a good or smart business person. SMH."
"My order isn't ever right. I say it, even write it down it's still never right. Don't have Doordarshan to deliver food cold drinks watered down. You might not even get it. I ordered $42 & some change I never got my food, nor did Doordarshan refund my food. I live only 6 mins away & whether I go inside, drive thru, or dash its still never ever right. I'm now seeking a lawyer this has to stop."
