"If you ever want to see what real customer service is, shop here. It’s a pleasure to shop at this store."
"Great prices especially on meat. Really good cat food prices. Plenty of parking. It's always packed, but the cashiers are friendly and move quickly."
"You are so much better off booking a trip by yourself than letting Kingwood Travel book it for you. We used this company because we were going to a wedding in Punta Cana and since the group was so large they thought the best route would be a travel agency so we could get a group rate, same flights, etc. In the beginning we worked with a travel agent named Sharon who did not do much of anything and then we were transferred to a new agent, Mica. Here i told Mica that we had already arranged with Sharon that we wanted her to book our hotel and shuttle only, we would book our own flights through United. I paid off our hotel and shuttle costs with Kingwood in March of 2017 and was told that my credit card information would be destroyed that day. While on vacation in San Antonio in MAY of 2017 I checked my credit card statement to find that $4000 worth of United flights had been purchased with MY CREDIT CARD! I thought my card had been stolen and come to find out Mica used my credit card number that she had written down on a piece of paper- NOT DESTROYED, and used it to buy 4 people's flights that were also going to Punta Cana the same time as us!!!!! When I called the emergency number for Kingwood travel I was told I couldn't be helped because it wasn't a business emergency, when I spoke to Mica's manager on that Monday she told me she didn't know what to do and Mica was on vacation.... Just this week, the charges were removed from my card and it was a nightmare to say the least. Not to mention, when we got to the hotel they could not find our names anywhere because she had booked everyone under "W---- Wedding" as well as the shuttle. Needless to say, entire experience was a nightmare- didn't save any money and lost a lot of sleep over this entire experience."
"My husband planned a trip to Ireland for our 2nd anniversary. He worked with Ann Chamberlain. After numerous phone calls and emails finalizing our trip, he went to collect all of our documents for the trip, which was departing that weekend. When I got home from work, I reviewed the documents. Upon inspection, I noticed my name was wrong. She had not put my name, but put what she believed to be my name, attaching my husbands last name to my first name instead of my actual last name. After numerous phone calls to the office (none of which Ann helped AT ALL with, and she took no responsibility in the matter) and calls to Frosch (whom now knows the entire story, not just what Ann was telling them), I had less than a week to change my passport. The hassle and inconvenience of all of this was beyond anything we needed. I travel every week for work and was out three days that week. Hiring a Travel Agent, especially with this company, was a complete waste of time and money. Had she taken any responsibility or tried to help at all, I would not be writing this. But she made us do all the work when she is the one that messed up. DO NOT USE HER. On top of all that, we gave her my United number to link to my account (I have email proof and she confirmed) and she said we would have Priority boarding. When we arrived at the airport, we had neither. I could not even pull up the trip with my number. So now I am dealing with United to get the miles added, after I show them a marriage license and ID. You are better off booking your own trip."
