"I made a return of four items. There was an issue and the employee cancelled that transaction and started over. He didn't scan one of the items, but took all of the products. I contacted autozone's customer service and they took all the info and said the stores management would be in touch with me. I haven't heard anything from them. Go somewhere that has much better customer service"

"I want to give a shout out to the amazing staff they had this morning! They were friendly and helpful! I have never been treated with such care. There was a wonderful woman I spoke to on the phone, she helped me get a new battery for my car! But before that she had sent a co worker over to my car to help me jump start it after waiting on my tow truck to jump it, they never came after waiting 3 hours. What an amazing crew you have at this location! I’m truly blessed from all there help!"
