"There are numerous auto parts stores in the New Lenox area but don't assume they are all the same. The prices might be comparable but I have to tell you I only go to Advance because of employees like Steve who work there. He goes out of his way to help people like myself who aren't mechanically inclined. He was so nice in helping me over the phone find the right part when I honestly didn't know what I was doing. He never made me feel stupid, or never rushed me off the phone, and made it seem like my problem was his as well. Then when I went to the store he came outside to my car to look at it to make sure it was the correct part. This is the type of customer service that nowadays you rarely see anymore and for the most part is a thing of the past unfortunately in this day in age. Well Steve displayed to me that even though it's rare, great customer service does still exist and I thank him very much for not just being a great employee but just as importantly a great person. Thank you Steve! I will not shop at any other auto parts store in the area and will refer my friends and family to Advance at this location because of the kindness Steve showed me."
