"I go to this Captain 3-5 times a week and they go above and beyond to make my order perfectly, My mother is elderly and can only eat certain items and they go out of their way for her pretty much every I go there. Like tonight I pulled into the drive-thru, and they closed in 7 minutes I said it wouldn't be a big deal if they refused me service and they said "We know you come here for your mom and we wouldn't do that to her because we respect our regular customers especially when they're elderly and this is their favorite spot to eat""

"Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Pay extraordinary amount for nothing. Chicken is more like nuggets. Very upset when I went back when an employee laughed and mocked us. Very uncalled for. Have never felt so disrespected in my life. Manager was like a deer in the headlights. He didn't know what to do or have anything to say. My opinion he should take some Manager classes or something...things could have been handled better. We should have gotten our money back...over $21 for 2 meals that wasn't even worth $5. Employee's are the most disrespectful group of people I have seen. Not to mention the employee was sweeping the dining area with customers eating. Really discusting. Beyond upset...I suggest everyone steer clear of this location."

"This is how my chicken meal came . I would never ever send this out to any customer. Then when when it was returned employee started laughing and being very unprofessional and disrespectful. Will not go back there again ."

"Most the food was good but the pickle chips were over cooked, tiny, and the portion was ridiculously small... the side of fries was also too small for how much we were charged for the meal... dine in was closed at 7pm? Maybe understaffed? I don't know a lot about technology but when this occurs maybe have your website set to not allow in restaurant pickup. We startled the young employee when we entered through an unlocked door unknowing that the lobby was closed... she was nice and gave us free drinks though... just feel shorted on the portions and quality of those pickle chips and fries!! Prices are high overall here. Won't be back anytime soon..."

"Captain D's stands as a personal favorite in the realm of fast food. Their battered fish, served with a side of hush puppies, slaw, and fries, never fails to arrive hot and delicious, maintaining the quality that has come to be expected. The meals, besides being flavorful, also prove to be reasonable in terms of pricing. I would visit more often but many times when I visit the STL locations for dinner, the dining rooms are closed. Today's visit for dinner in Arnold went well with the dining room being open and the employees being very friendly and helpful."
