Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders

"Walked in and there was no one else in line. I ordered a sandwich and baked fries to go. Tapped to pay(was asked for a tip which I added) and sat down to wait for my order. I was entertained by a manager? screaming at employees in the back, people picking up orders they ordered ahead, and checking some emails. After waiting 45 minutes I finally asked about my order and the mgr said “they probably didn’t know you were here”. The girl that took my order was 10 feet away from me the entire time. She gave me my order and I got home to a cold sandwich and soggy fries. They had obviously been sitting for at least 30 minutes. Sure I should’ve said something sooner but I typically don’t complain in restaurants. I just won’t go back if I have a bad experience and you can be sure I won’t be back to this one"

"Placed a to go order and it took 45 minutes to complete as far as I know. Nobody told me my order was finished it just sat there apparently. It was a Friday night and they were busy working but it seems they weren't very organized with any of the to go orders. No mention of we'll give you something for your wait or anything. Not even a apology. Also forgot my chips. 2 sandwiches a small pizza 3 drinks for 50$ and a long wait. I'll go elsewhere."

"First time at this cozy place. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere reminded me of my favorite pizza place from my youth! It's a smaller place than I thought it would be, but with the comfortable music, and homestyle seating it fit like a glove! Oh, and the food was head and shoulders above the rest! It was so delicious I can't compliment them enough about how insanely flavorful their food was. Giving them 11 out of 10 on flavor and yum satisfaction!"

"Ordered a 16” Tacoand a free 12” cheese with coupon. The cheese is the standout, it’s darn good. The ingredients on the menu don’t match what’s on the Taco Pizza, where is the lettuce? It’s light on the tomatoes too. Just doesn’t have strong taco vibes either, I’d probably eat here again but would order something different."

"A group of us were traveling from Texas to St. Louis and on the trip back decided to stop over here. Out of everywhere I’ve ate this is definitely in the top 3! Bryan went out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of. He even took out the time to find something to put on the window for one of the guys because the sun was blinding. The food was very tasty as well! I had the chicken Alfredo pasta and a custom pizza. If you are looking for a place to eat I very highly recommend here!"
