"I have an exceptional experience with Travel Deluxe. Called and talked with Ms. Nhu to obtain a Visa to Vietnam. Nhu was helpful, and processional. After sending the required documents and fees, I got a phone call 3 days later informing me that my Visa is ready and confirming my address to be sent out to me (I paid extra to ship to me since I am not living nearby). 3 days later I received my Visa in a well-protected Ziploc bag. Thank you, Ms. Nhu, and Deluxe Travel. Keep up with the good services to us all!"

"I thought I was booking travel through Skylux Travel but booking was done through Deluxe Travel. I called the number at Deluxe Travel listed on their website and the call was answered by Skylux Travel!! The agent told me that Skylux Travel and Deluxe Travel are the Same Company!! I discovered that the travel was booked with Award miles by Dime Spectre under Deluxe Travel while posing as an agent for Skylux Travel. When United Airlines discontinued it's route from Hineda Airport to LAX the re-routed travel required an early morning departure from Osaka to Hineda with a requirement to switch airports from Hineda to Narita for the final leg to LAX, at my family's expense and with an 8 hour layover! Since the travel was booked with Award miles they could not switch to more travel friendly flights from Osaka to Narita because of the Award miles used for the booking. At NO time did Dime inform me that the travel was being booked with Award miles, that was only discovered when we went online at United.com and saw the itinerary had changed! Called Dime and he was totally unaware of the itinerary change! Had we not checked and just went to the airport for the flight as noted in the itinerary Dime sent my family would have been unable to return to the states!"

"I would recommend this place to anyone. They specialize in trips to Vietnam as this is their original nationality. I have never had a problem with them. They took care of my visa and they also do marriage registration paperwork. They do not accept credit card they take cash and check."

"Poor Service. Had the airline company on the phone and conferenced Delux Travel. problem is medical for the customer and contagious. Delux said it wasn't there problem. Manager was extremely rude. Airline company said changes can be made at $20 to postpone. Delux said $200 for the fee. Funny, because airline was on the phone and yet agent said differently. Bunch of liars that will try to take every dollar from you. Beware of these cheaters. Won't let you postpone will force you to cancel and get $200 even if airline is on the phone saying it's only $20 to postpone flight because it's an open ticket. Manager hung up the phone with a quickness. I don't recommend this at all. Go to other travel places. One very near this location."
