"Understand I was walking into the place while a handful were on break. Poor employee was the only one running to the back finding shoes for everyone. Only realized they were short handed as I was waiting in the check out line when the others returned from break. Busy time and a bunch of you have to go at the same time like that. That's shameful team management."

"I wanted to return an item without a box and they wouldn’t let me do it, Because it was the store policy not to return without a box (that was written in a fine print in the back of the receipt). I don’t know who would’ve read that, but I did not. This was the first time that this happened to me for a return that they would refuse to return the item because it didn’t have a box. The least they could’ve done was giving me a store credit but they wouldn’t even take a look at the item or anything. Very bad customer service!!!! I wouldn’t buy from them again."

"Went in here to look for shoes for my son, wasn’t greeted so I figured it was just a chill place. Went over to the kids shoe selection and liked some they had. Usually employees will come up to you at the finish line I go to but I guess not this one. I figured they were just busy with other people. I went over to the cash register and there were two employees there so I asked if one of them was busy and the look on her face was disgust. Was it because I was pregnant? Was it because I came to her and not stood there waiting? Is it because the way I was dressed? Was it because I had a mask on? I just waited shoes for my little kid. I wouldn’t shop here. Maybe they treat their employees so bad that just look constipated all the time."
