"I love JJill, their clothes are of exceptional quality and they fit in all the right places. Recently I purchased a flattering top with a scooped neck and ample sleeves where the seam extended past the shoulder and was brought down a little. It's a lot more flattering to the female figure and is soft to the touch. The reason I gave them a 2 star review is when I asked the sales clerk for the wooden hanger she said yes but switched it with the ugly plastic one! When I discovered it I immediately went back to the store and asked why. I was told they only give out the plastic ones! I protested and said I've received them in the past but they wouldn't budge. I was so disgusted I wanted to return my top but cooler heads prevailed and I kept it. In the future though I'm staying away from Old Orchard!"

"Love this store. The salespersons are so helpful and really nice. I don’t know how anyone can leave this store without buying something. I always go to this Jill. We also order from the catalog a lot they always have great sales. I would say most of the clothes in my closet are from jjill"
