"Edit: The owner called me and apologized profusely. He is making this right and the main who screamed cat me no longer works there. I am giving them a chance to right this and would not let this incident keep me away from using them in the future. _______________________________________________________________ If I could provide a 0 star review I would. Women, do not bring your car here. My husband brought our car in 3 weeks ago. It took them a solid week to determine the problem. They said the repair would be 10 days. He called and they said it would be longer but was supposed to be done this week, closer to the end of the week. My husband called yesterday since we need the van for a scholarship dinner my son is attending and we need to be able to pick up my elderly parents. They told him Tuesday. I called back and explained that we needed it for Saturday and was promised they would stay late and get it done. Today my husband called and they said it wasn't going to be done. I called back and was upset, but the 75 year old employee screamed and swore at me and refused to do anything to make up for this."

"Bought an older Tahoe that I could feel was having issues with the transmission. Took it to another shop and was told everything is great… well it wasn’t, brought it here and I was right about the transmission. I dealt with Mitch here and he’s a great guy that will explain everything to you in layman’s terms, he also showed me pictures of other issue spots that the other shop completely missed. You can tell he is passionate about his job. Don’t take your vehicles anywhere else if you want peace of mind."

"Highly recommend Champion Transmissions to anyone! I had an issue with a rear end on a Chevy express 16 foot box truck that needed immediate repair. I called several different mechanic shops in the area with no luck finding anyone able to do the work. Jeff and Mark were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very honest hard working mechanics, that in my opinion, we’re very reasonable. The dual wheel rear assembly was rebuilt inside and out with new brakes and rotors and is driving better then ever!
