"If you are looking for an honest and fair auto mechanic shop, THIS IS IT! We had our pick-up 350 in this shop to fix the break lines and it was done quick and at a very reasonable price. During the process of the truck being towed, a minor damage was done to our truck. Unfortunately, we didn't know who was a fault. After not getting anywhere with the tow company, Troy quickly offered to help and repair, at no cost! My husband and I were both shocked because this simply does not happen! Well we were wrong, because we believe that Robinson's Auto repair shop showed us loyalty and honesty! First time and long time customer's for sure! THANK YOU TROY! ;)"

"So I’ve been coming here for a while and my family has as well. Back February of 2022 I got the power steering pump replaced. In august I got the trans mount done, upper control arms, tired rods etc. total this was about $2000 all together with both visits. After leaving about month later I noticed the noise was still there on the right side when going over a bump. I looked and the right side upper control arm didn’t even look replaced. I sent pictures and called and I brought it back in, they replaced it. Left me kind of salty that it was messed up to begin with. Now I take my car elsewhere because of other isssues. The back tran mount wa shot and it has been! Imagine my dismay when I find out that wasn’t even mentioned to me. It was the trans torque mount and that really should of been replaced with the other one. Not to big of a deal. Also, I now have a cracked power steering pump that is leaking. Well it has a lifetime warranty on it. So I call Robinsons and ask about it. Parts under warranty labor is not. Quoted me $240 for labor for two hour job… I paid $400 the first time and getting gauged for a bad pump that was installed isn’t good business. I got quoted $270 for pump installed prior to letting that mechanic knowing it was replaced a year ago. Also since Robinsons installed it, they have to replace it per Robinsons. Not very happy about my experience. Pumps usually last about 100,000 to 150,000. Benefit of the doubt, that’s not full proof but come on. $120 an hour to replace a pump that you guys installed for $400 the first time. Parts under warranty. Crazy to me!"

"I recommend this place! Been in a few times and figured I would review. My e250 needed all new brakes and spark plugs. It was expensive but fair in what shops charge today, and well worth it! My van stops on a dime now and my gas mileage/acceleration is much better too. Very happy with how it is running now. Thanks!"
