"Unfortunately I was told a price of $400-$450 over the phone and when I arrived the price increased to $1350. I been going there for 5-6 years to have work done and they do excellent work. I had a very good price. I called a couple other places and the price is under $500. It's truly a shame I was being misled and now they lost a customer. I did call to voice my concern, however the situation was not rectified. I was told it's my decision where to have the work done. That reply was unprofessional, maybe they should have discounted the cost so they keep me as a customer. I operate a small car dealership in Naperville, so I guess they lost my business."
