"I went to this location for an exchange Tuesday night and can honestly say the two women behind the register were not only helpful, but kind, accommodating, and had great personalities. They were busy but fast paced, they took care of all the customers around, and they made a great tag team. Such wonderful staff."

They had some blazers on sale for $45 I told them I wanted so when I was paid they charged me the blazers for $85 I ask why if the tag was $45 so they started saying that was a tag for a day before and the sale was over but they forgot to remove the tag and I told them It wasn’t my fault. I talk to the manager and the same she had a really bad attitude same as rest of the staff. Never going back"

"Just left. Horrible experience. Rude staff, should permanently shut this store down. Nike should pull products from this location. When you feel like the service is better online with no workers than on a physical store, there is an issue. No wonder brick and mortar stores are closing."

"I purchased a pair of Nike women's shoes on 08/12/22 I went back to the store on 08/15/22 and was told I could not return the shoes because they had been worn and they were damaged. I had not worn these shoes, I got to try on one shoe during my visit at the store, and when I purchased the shoes I was wearing a pair of socks I borrowed from my mother that are very thin socks. The socks I normally wear are cotton and thicker. I had to borrow socks because I had been staying at my mothers home to stay separated from my husband because he was positive for COVID 08/04/22. I did not go anywhere with the new shoes, when I tried putting them on back at home I could not get the shoes on. I chose to return them because I can not keep wearing thin socks. Melanie, supposedly a manager at the store, did not want to return my shoes. She said they were worn and damaged because the sole of the inside of the shoe comes up. I was unaware that even came up. When I checked their display shoes those soles also came up. I tried explaining that to her and she was very rude and would not do anything to fix the issue. She told me I had to call customer service if I had an issue and maybe they would refund me but she could not refund only exchange. I called while I was in the store, and was not able to resolve the issue. Melanie's coworker looked at the shoes and did not think they had been worn, she also stated the fact I had just bought them 2 days prior. Melanie should not be working in customer service. I will also be filing a complaint with Finish Line corporate office."

"AMAZING !! To say the least. I base my reviews/opinions on my experiences. I can not vouch for anyone else. The store manager Oswaldo, you know who this reviewer is LOL I'm sorry I took so long to keep my promise to write a review (haven't used my google account in "years" had to look up password and more). I will name off thee employees from different locations WHOM I believe stood out and served me well. Oswaldo, Christopher, Gladys, Yessi and the full staff at YorkTown. Rosemont has a gentlemen by the name Eder. Jon the tattooed extremely courteous fellow at North Riverside. Just to share a random note, it does help having knowledgeable associates on the styles and comfort of the shoes and YES the lovely young ladies working with the fellows. NO I did NOT get paid to do this review, I'm doing this review as a promise. If I bought more than 3 pairs of Jordans from a courteous staff, then they deserve their just due. I added 2 pics to help with a visual of some items I picked up :) BTW YorkTown KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, don't slip !!!!!!! PS. Almost forgot the kind patient cute girls at the Stratford location, I didn't forget you (forgot most of your names though but not faces ;) )"
