"My vehicle was fixed by this shop. When I picked up the vehicle, I asked if all new parts were used. The mechanic said “Yes”. Very same day, I hear loud squeaky noise when I make left turn, mild squeaky while right and very little cracks noise while driving straight. I called in, talk to mechanic. Mechanic said bring the car back. I took it, the noise did not come. He said I can drive may be there was some mud on the breaks that’s wearing out. The noise continued but later it wears out on its on. Suddenly now breaks malfunctioned in right side. This is side that was fixed by Lee Auto Body. I took it to my own mechanic, he recommended that Lee Auto Body shop used old Arm Controller. My mechanic said, Arm Controller needs to replaced. My mechanic said I will replace rotors and breaks under warranty. So he does it. Still I brought vehicle back to Lee Auto Body. I asked him why they used old parts? He says it doesn’t do anything bad if old part is used. I asked him to talk to my mechanic and sort this problem out. They both my mechanic and Lee Auto Body shop Mechanic talked over the phone. They both decided that if in future the breaks have problems I will bring vehicle back to Lee Auto Body. They must replace the Arm Controller. I left, the vehicle worked well for two week suddenly my vehicle starts jumping upon pushing the breaks. I went back to my mechanic to find out what is going on. He said go back to Lee Auto Body they have to replace Arm Controller. I came to Lee Auto Body - AGAIN THEY STARTED NAGGING. They refused to replace Arm Controller. Suddenly the mechanic who repaired my vehicle appears from the middle of no where saying he repaired the vehicle. I told him to replace the Arm Controller. Then I explained the issue what happened after I picked the car, then he old Arm Controller used, and that Lou’s Squeaky Noise while drive NG as explained above. Immediately this mechanic Mr X (Not taking real name) says Ball Bearing Hub seems like cracked. He will order the parts to replace it. I drove the vehicle for a week, he still didn’t order the part. I called insurance company, insurance company called him to inquire further. Don’t know what kind of talk was it but after another week I called Mr X did you receive the part? He said he is not ordering. Furthermore he said why I called insurance company. I said they have to know what’s going on. He said I didn’t have to call them. I said you didn’t order the part for this long and I am driving vehicle that jumps while push the breaks. You still don’t want me to call them? HE BLACKBALL ME SAYING, he said this is new event afterwards. He will not order the part. A dishonest repair shop I will never go to his shop even for the warranty repair. How do I trust the shop that’s thousands of dollars - then not taking ownership of the problem? What was missed crucially is: After I picked vehicle - they didn’t show any interest in taking ownership to find out where that squeaky noise is coming from. They could have drove it few time to hear and repair. Now I am left out of pocket expenses to replace breaks over and over for vehicle jumping after brand new breaks with rotors replaced. Did not diagnose the crucial issue initially with Ball Bearing Hub Crack. Grinding noise continued until today as of 07042023. I know this much for sure that something very critical building up a big damage. The time will tell. What is happening: When I make sharp left turn, I hear big grinding noise, when I am going over train tracks, big cracks, a speed breaker and any uneven surface a big grinding noise happens. Now that sharp squeaking noise is replaced by grinding noise."
