"If I could give zero stars I would. Reynaldo Herrera runs this site from his house in Keller TX. He has Rosa Hernandez who attends Our Lady of Lourdes church promote his business among church goers. He utilizes her to pass out the contracts signed by him and collect the money cash. Rosa Hernandez and her husband Lino will have you meet them at the Lady of Lourdes in Dallas TX to collect your cash money and hand you the contract. Mr Reynaldo does not present himself to have you sign it in front of him. I received my contract and gave Reynaldo zelle payment. He failed to provide the itinerary and proof of purchase for items listed on the contract. I asked him for booking numbers and told me I had to wait for the meeting with all the church goers Rosa Hernandez would be organizing. I waited for the meeting in which he continued to fail to provide proof of purchases. At this meeting he cancelled the trip by his own accord and stated there was no refund. Told us we had to move the trip to a future date. Unanimously we as a groups said we wanted a refund. Reynaldo then stated he did not have the money and the airline had the money. Again did not provide any booking numbers. After this meeting he claimed to have cancelled the trip with the airline and we had to wait 14 days for it to process. He showed us an email he sent to cheapoair for cancellation. He books theses flights on cheapoair. After this he would not answer calls, texts or emails. Very unprofessional man who would not keep me updated on the status of my refund. If you don’t want to be in this predicament do not hire Reynaldo for business."
"My fiance booked to go on a trip with Reynaldo Herrera owner of this site and it was really unorganized. Trip got cancelled due to conflict of war and Reynaldo Herrera had no info on anything. He kept saying there was going to be no refund and could not show proof of him purchasing anything, gladly someone called the air port and showed that they’re were giving refunds and was forced to give money back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! There was also two individuals that seemed sketchy which was part of the whole ordeal. Rosa and Lino Hernandez(husband and wife) Pictures of the individuals l included! Reynaldo in yellow blazer, Rosa and Lino are standing up. That lady sitting down is Reynaldo’s wife"
