"RUDE and unprofessional. We bought shoes online, they did not fit, went to make an exchange. When we got the right size, we were rudely told to pay $0.24 for $50+ shoes. Throughout the process the female behind the counter was just so rude, my daughter said when we left, she was glad I didn't escalate the situation and that karma would get her. I had to laugh - this from a child! When I stated I have not change on me... in disbelief, and then asked why - she said, in a very rude tone, "What, you don't want to pay the twenty-four cents?" I love the sales and we've been buying shoes from this branch for 10+ years. This person was the rudest employee we have ever encountered at this story and I hope she learns what it means to work in the service sector."
