"I am a frequent customer at express. I came into this location around 8pm and was ready to try on at 8:10 noticed the fitting room has a clothing rack in front of it. Three associates were standing talking at the register nobody could bother to ask me if I’m doing okay or bother to tell me the fitting rooms are closed. I spoke up and asked excuse me are the fitting rooms closed & the male associate was rude and short then went back to gossiping at the register. Fitting rooms are closed early but all the associates standing at the register talking instead of working. Really disappointed at this experience will be going to another location now on."
"Received the salesman very lost. They don't want to receive customers. I need to buy clothes for my husband, need some help, but want to kick me out. Just because my 5-year-old daughter accidentally sat on the shelf and fell down, my child scratched her leg and couldn't walk. but they didn't ask a question but said hello and kicked me out. the clothing store is very famous but it shouldn't have such bad staff. sorry I don't want to say it but I'm so sad. I hope the next time I go I don't see him."
