"There are racist people working at this store. The woman before me used the coupon, but I was not allowed. They didn't even say hello to me. Apparently my accent and complexion prevented this. Good brand, but bad staff. Especially the shift manager for December 4th."

"Haven't been here in such a long time. It was nice to shop with my family members in store. Though I had a question about the number sizes and the cashier was extremely rude putting her hand up and saying "you're going to have to wait" I literally only had a question, she can't multi task or call another employee to help me? She was extremely rude for no reason. We left without purchasing anything since we didn't know the number sizes. Train your employees better."

"I went here October 31 around 3:30 with my sisters. I included date and time so you know who was working. My sister went to do a return and the lady that helped her was extremely rude. She refused to acknowledge her at first and when she did she had an attitude. She wouldn’t speak to her throughout the whole return and made my sister feel very awkward. Afterwards, while my other sister was in the dressing room, she heard this same lady come in and start talking about our sister to her coworker. She sat and bad mouthed her in front of us and other customers and said that we were the reason she did not like her job. My sister really loves this store and it’s sad that she had this experience here."

"Super bratty staff. I went to return 2 items that were purchased a couple days ago. They said if I don’t have the receipt I can’t return. How come online it says that I can? I had the exact card I payed with, they could have easily rung it up and seen that I payed for it. The lady goes “well you can’t return it without the receipt you have to find something else to do an even exchange.” Really!?! I ended up losing money. Such bad costumer service. Seriously do better."
