"Best shopping experience hands down. The women (A&W) working there are so helpful, friendly, professional, and kind. They are cheerleaders and make you feel welcome and cared for. They need a good raise and a hefty bonus for taking top-notch care of every person that walks through those doors. Other stores in this outlet mall should take note. "This Loft has horrible customer service. They don't say hello, thank you...nothing. Just scan your items and say "do you want the receipt in the bag". One cashier, didn't wrap my earrings, just threw them in the bag with everything else. I had to ask for a separate bag. I've been going to the Loft for years and it used to be a nice shopping experience. I've been to this location 4x. I've noticed them greeting certain customers, usually middle age and older, but I'm not sure why they have this pattern of poor customer service now."
"They didn't have what we were looking for at all, but the store was nice itself. Looked clean and well kept up. Didn't see much employees working so no hello or goodbye. Overall, was a good experience just not great, and that's because we couldn't find any of the three items we were looking for. Thanks anyways!"
