"Love Heb Pharmacy everyone is nice and helpful really, gives good customer service care in anyway they possibly can. The staff at the University Blvd is amazing thank yall for caring ❤"
"Jose treated me very poorly and the whole process of trying to get my controlled substance before going out of town, was brushed off and cost me an extra $200 to move my flight. I was supposed to get my script the night before. When we called the following morning, they said they were getting on it right away. 4 hrs later & past my flight, I pulled up & Jose said I couldn't pick up my script, with a rude attitude. He cut me off. I pushed the help button & said " I don't think you understand, my dr wrote these for my trip, I've already missed my flight". He cut me off again. After checking w/ the pharmacist he rudely said, " it won't be ready for 20 mins". I said, "you're joking right?" He said "20 mins is our rush time move forward". Didn't care about my medications not being on time, was completely rude, then made me wait even longer. This is why people hate Corp. Pharmicies. MY DOCTOR WROTE IT FOR A REASON. YOU ARE NOT EVEN A PHARMACIST. They also lecture you on medications you've been on for years. You are not my doctor. Only been here 1 month, already done with this place. UPDATE: They (Kristina) are now saying they don't have my future refills for my pain medication. My doctor sends in 3 months worth! I've only had 1 refill. They also make you do all the work as far as transfers from other pharm, those never happened. They don't call you or send text when you need refills, they do not care that your diff medications are spread out on several dates. Lazy, RUDE, THINK THEY ARE DRs, typical corporation attitude."
"Friendly staff, they answered their phone, there was no line, fast service, my prescriptions were ready when I arrived, and the pharmacist spoke to me right away when I had a question about my prescriptions. This is a quality pharmacy."
"They are very very unhelpful! I’ve been up since 5a yesterday with a sick kiddo in the ER and the ER sent her meds to this HEB instead of my H‑E‑B in Austin!! I called them and the person who answered the phone laughed when I asked to have it transferred and told me that she’s too busy, for me to call my H‑E‑B and it’s 2 clicks! If it’s just 2 clicks then why couldn’t she just do it?!? I do NOT recommend this pharmacy at all! When I lived there they were awful and rude all the time! I love my H‑E‑B pharmacy at 51st in Austin! I called them and told them how rude this pharmacy was and in no time they had it transferred and were pleasant and nice about it! I will be letting corporate know my experience as well!"
"I have used this pharmacy out of convenience but today was the final straw. I will make the extra trip rather than continue to go to this pharmacy. Twice they have left me without my prescriptions because of their own error (I later got called saying it was their mistake) and when I tried to explain that I had plenty of refills and I got a call saying my prescription was ready for pickup, they argued with me and treated me like I was trying to get medication that I shouldn't be. None of my prescriptions are controlled medications, but I have to take them daily as stopping immediately can cause me to become ill. But now they are impacting my children's medical needs and that is unacceptable. I try to be an understanding person, but I specifically called the pharmacy before my son's appointment to ensure that his prescription could be filled because I know there are some medications that pharmacies are having trouble getting. I spoke directly to a pharmacist, they assured me that they had plenty of his medication and as long as that's the medication that was prescribed it would be filled. I get to the pharmacy and I was told that's not true, they don't have it, and no one knows what I was talking about. There is just no accountability, when they make a mistake it's never really apologized for because they know people are at their mercy to meet their health needs. It makes me really sad."
