"I am 62 years old, having dizzy spells and in serious need of a blood pressure medication prescription called in to this pharmacy by my physician. I am in a very unusual position and have no way to pay before the pharmacy closes today. The prescription cost is $37 copay with the majority of the total covered by my insurance. I have been filling prescriptions at this location for over 10 years, so I called today to ask if I could pick up the prescription and be billed OR pick up a small amount of the medication and pay the full bill when I pick up the rest. The man on the phone told me “there was “nothing he could do”. Is this really how little regard this HEB pharmacy has for customer safety and well being? Apparently."
