"Genuinely wish I could give a 0. I used to love this place then it went downhill. On a Friday evening, I’m picking up my 89 year old grandmother’s prescriptions, as always. They tell me that they no longer have her medication and it can’t be refilled. This leaves her no time (since there was no courtesy call about it) and on the 31st day. So her now being completely out with no warning, we now have to call her doctor because they told us to just ‘find a new Pharmacy’. The 31st day was an oversight from the new pharmacist since she forgot there were 31 days last month. She then continued to tell her that, “She needs to find a new pharmacy after she fills this last prescription.” A prescription that is now PAST due because last month she only got a 30 day supply. I never write these. It’s embarrassing. I just want everyone to know how it’s being operated now. It’s sad! This WAS the best pharmacy and had the kindest staff. NOT ANYMORE. By the way, this is not the first nor second incident with this pharmacy. Especially, with this new pharmacist. I hope she does better for you and your family. I wouldn’t take the chance! **Also, just saw this was hidden or something. I posted 2 weeks ago. Mind you, all these things were said with a horrible attitude. Also, I was told to get to the point when I was desperately asking her for help with this shocking situation."

"this place has very personable staff who take the time to educate you and help you get your medication in a timely manner. they also offer free delivery with specialty medication, and i love having my doctors send here for my compound rx."
