CVS Pharmacy

"Pharmacy manager was nice in noticing that we waiting 2 hrs for ear infection drops. Tried to hurry us out of there (not a busy day) but why was everyone leaving before us when he litterally grabbed the meds off the counter! Again, it's a bottle that's not fillable, he grabbed it off of the store shelf. Older people with pills were being filled and sent home while we sat in the lobby/went to McDonalds, etc."

"I absolutely love love loved this CVS!!! I will never go to Walgreens ever again, their pharmacists and pharmacies have been AWFUL to me over the last several months and honestly years that I’ve had to deal with them. This CVS immediately helped me with NO problem, no question, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, gave me the best prices and FANTASTIC customer service!!!! The pharmacist was amazing, all of the staff that I dealt with in the pharmacy was amazing!!!!! I am so so so sooo grateful for them!!! It took me NINE days to get my medication from Walgreens last month & this month it had already been sitting there for 4 days when I called Walgreens on the day it was supposed to be there and she told me she didn’t know if they would EVER get it, which is bull. I called CVS and told them what was going it on, they immediately said have it sent over here. & had it filled shortly after. I will never ever switch back. I am beyond grateful for how they treated me!!!! Thank you to this amazing CVS!!!!!!"

"Extremely rude staff. A Pharmacy technician was being rude toward a customer for absolutely no reason due to an issue she had with the clinic using a paper form as opposed to a digital form while computers were down. She proceeded to take this issue out on the customer. Meanwhile, the pharmacist on duty watched the ordeal take place and did nothing. Unbelievably rude staff here. I understand the low reviews for this location."

"The design of the “drive up” pharmacy is such a joke!! The two metal poles sticking out from the building literally prevent you from being able to access the window within reach from your car. Yet, when you get out of your car to give your CC/get your px, the pharmacy people have the audacity to tell you, “you aren’t allowed to get out of your car for safety reasons.” Like, huh!? I honestly don’t know what they expect people to do. Whoever designed this “drive thru” pharmacy is clearly a special kind of stupid but then to add this policy (which seems to be fairly new) on top of the frustration I experience every time I go here is absolutely maddening!!"
