"Staff took a long time to fill my prescription that was called in the previous evening and didn’t fill everything the doctor sent in. When I asked them for the 4th medication, they LIED and said my Dr never called it in. My Dr had confirmation they received the request. Incompetent and slow staff at this pharmacy."

"I don't know why I'm having problems with this place. They were highly recommended and I have been overcharged repeatedly for medication that they claim hasn't been authorized by either of our insurances. I contacted my insurance and sure enough HEB is in the wrong. After contacting management I was told I could come to the store and ask for all our purchases and submit them ourselves for reimbursement. The people are nice enough but the customer service is horrible. They do apply a discount card for you to try and make you feel like the hundreds of dollars isn't that bad. I don't know where to tell you to go but definitely not here."

"The pharmacist Jeremy has got to be the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. He wouldn’t even let me speak. Every time I tried to ask about a prescription, he’d say “ I don’t have it “. I tried to explain that I was looking for 3 different medications. But he apparently didn’t want to hear it. Apparently good help is hard to find. I will shop at Kroger from here on out."
