"INCOMPETENT. The useless pharmacist shipped my prescription to the wrong address, and now I can’t get it. I can’t get my money back. AND they won’t ship my RX anymore because THEY messed up. Raj Patel was the “manager” did absolutely nothing - what a joke."

"Rag Patel is the worst manager ever. I have been receiving my medicine for over 2 years via fedex and did not have to sign for it. Rag this time sends my medicine via fedex requiring a signature. They came I wasn’t there. They sent me 2 additional notices that would be out on a certain day and day. I waited and neither day did they show up. Wednesday I called rag about my medicine and he promised that he would call me back. I never heard from him. Yesterday I went to Walgreens in person. They informed me that the medicine was at a holding station for fedex on Washington. So after of 8 days I finally have my medicine but no thanks to Rag."

"Just had my booster shot done there. There was a wait but basically I believe because Walgreen's online scheduling system doesn't take into account how many staff are there and how busy they are. Anyway, some other people got a little upset because of the wait, but I think the staff handled everything really well. Tech Gracie and the person at the reception desk were super friendly and competent."

"Stay away! Made an appointment for a booster and she told me it would still be a 30 minute wait after waiting in like 20 minutes to be checked in. What is the point of an appointMent? Made appointment at H‑E‑B and it took five minutes total, best service ever. Do not come here!!!!!"
