CVS Pharmacy 3487 Rayford Road, Spring, TX 77386

"If you buy something at CVS and use your coupons and rewards, you better be 100% sure about what you use it for. CVS will not do "exchanges" even for same product (ie same brand nail polish but different color). They only do RETURNS. This means you lose. The sales person doesn't tell you if rewards and discounts will be put back on your account. What you get is a blank empty stare. Nothing else."

"Horrible customer service, the worst I’ve ever had!! Staff is not helpful or friendly. Wait times through drive-thru are extremely long. No one ever answers the phone. If my insurance did not require me to use CVS Pharmacy, I would not be using them. May need to start driving further away from house to find a better CVS than this one. So disappointing. I would not give them any stars if that was a choice."

"With the shortages of medications that is happening in the country right now, it is VERY COMMON to have to call a pharmacy to find out if the have a particular medication BEFORE your doctor actually SENDS the prescription to that pharmacy. When I called just now, The pharmacy lady said “I cannot give that information over the phone” when I told her that every other pharmacy I’ve called simply gives a yes or no. She argued with me, stating, “Because it’s a narcotic, I cannot give you that information over the phone.” I explained that this is a simple 10 mg medicine for my daughter, and I just need to find a pharmacy that has it since it’s in shortage everywhere. She REFUSED!!! I will never do business with these ignorant people. The rest of these 1 star reviews are ACCURATE!! Stay away from this CVS unless you enjoy the “euphoria” of raised blood pressure."

"I have no clue why CVS decided to close to the imperial oaks location that was much more efficient. This location has always been chronically understaffed & overwhelmed. The store is staffed by apathetic associates who couldn’t care less about customer service nor having a sense of urgency. The phones are not answered and you wait on hold for 20 minutes just waiting to speak to someone only for someone to pick up and purposefully hang up on you. Things have only gotten worse since the other, better location closed. Do better CVS!"

"They closed one location on Rayford road recently which made impossible to pick up your prescriptions in less than 1 hour (drive thru closed btw). Now facilities falling apart!!!"
