"Rudest Pharmacy staff. The pharmacists are nice but the other staff are terrible. The outside call box is sometimes broken, so I have to ring it and and then wait. Ring it again and wait. That’s fine but I wait 5 minutes in between each ring and when they answer after the second ring they are SO rude like I’m bothering them. They also sometimes tell me they will be right with me and then completely forget. I’ve spent extreme amounts of time waiting for RX both inside and outside. I’m typing this review as I wait for them to get back to me because she rudely told me she would be right with me and actually rolled her eyes."
"The best service, care I have ever had at a pharmacy! Noel the Pharmacist help me extensively! I was transferring mine and my daughters prescription... what a mess Noel was cheerful, and helpful! I was skeptical, Walmart pharmacy was recommended to me for savings. I saved quite a bit! (Same product) Not to mention, much better service!"
"I use to love the pharmacy department at this location. There customer service is horrible. They don't call the doctor if they have questions. When you check to see if your perception is ready they lie and tell you they never received the perception and they offer no apology for the horrble experience you have with them. When you go to pick up your perception they never have the full perception its always a partial perception. When you go days later to get the remaining perception its wrong. This is my last time giving this Wal-Mart pharmacy my business."
